It serves as the base of operations for the school’s educational and cultural exchanges with North America. It provides support for J. F. Oberlin students in the United States and Canada as well as for students from those countries coming to Japan. OGFA is also responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of J. F. Oberlin’s many programs in North America. Research Facilities at Stanford University (U. S. A.) J. F. Oberlin’s partnership with Stanford University in California, U. S. A., allows J. F. Oberlin’s flight operations course spend one year and six months at L3 Airline Academy in Florida, U. S. A., to improve their English and complete flight training under the auspices of J. F.
