One of the features of the Tonga economy is that it&＃39;s world be economically feasible to depend on Grant. The purpose of this paper is clarifying about movement of population, capital stock, production organization, foreign economy (trade), etc, using the official report of the Tonga government. The composition of this paper is as follows. Chapter I : The structural characteristic of the Grant dependence in Tonga. Chapter II : The structural peculiarity of production and trade. Chapter III : The problem of an economic development program. Chapter IV : Conclusion. At Chapter I, the &＃34;property of economic structure&＃34; of micro-state Tonga was positioned as a Grant dependence constitution. Moreover, as a factor of the organic idiosyncrasy, population mobility and capital stock are going to be taken up and referred on these subjects. At Chapter II, some problems of the production structure and foreign economy (trade) will be considered.
